Looks like fans of the Dragon Ball series will have to wait a few more weeks before the release of Dragon Ball Xenoverse. Yesterday, Bandai Namco Game announced that the release of the game will be delayed by two weeks in Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse was originally slated to be released on February 13, but the publisher has decided to push it back to February 27 “to ensure the highest possible gameplay experience for our fans”. The release date for North America, however, remains unchanged for now (February 17).
Waiting for an extra couple of weeks might not be such a bad thing, though, as it will give you plenty of time to get your exclusive pre-order items like the playable character Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta, and two other exclusive Frieza Soldier’s Battle Suits in gold and crystal.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse will be making its way to the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. The game will offer in-game transformations, characters with highly detailed facial expressions (probably the most detailed you’ll ever see in the Dragon Ball universe) and new cel-shaded graphics. Players will also be able to create their own character and take it into battle to fight against familiar faces from the vast world of Dragon Ball, as well as other characters created by other players online.
